What is my item covered for?
Each policy is different. Please view the individual information pages to find out what you are covered for.

Which policy should I choose?
Your policy will depend on the value of your item. Our information pages show the levels of available cover.

How long is the contract for?
Our policies are all paid for in advance for 12 months cover. We have no recurring contract or restrictions and you may cancel your policy at any time (refunds will not be given if cancelling before the end of the policy).

How quickly will I get my replacement item?
We process the majority of claims within 48 hours so your item is back with you within the shortest possible time. Delays such as a replacement part not being in stock however can occasionally increase the turnaround time. You are always welcome to contact us to check how your claim is progressing by calling 08707 607 687 and selecting the appropriate option.

Can other people use the item even though I insured it?
Immediate family members are covered. You can insure an item in your name and immediate family can use it.

Are there any excess charges when I claim?
To avoid fraudulent claims there has to be an excess charge. However, this is small compared to the cost of otherwise replacing your phone at your own expense.

- If you are making a claim due to theft, then the excess charge is just £25
- If you are making a claim due to loss, then the excess charge is just £50
- If you are making a claim due to international cover, then the excess charge is just £75

I have an item insured with you but I have changed it for a different model. How do I tell you?

I have ordered the insurance but I have not yet received my paperwork - where is it?
This can take 3-4 weeks to get to you. If it has been longer than this, please call us on 08707 607 687.

Which areas of the UK can you cover?
We can insure you only if you are a UK customer, which includes the Isle of Mann and the Channel Islands. If you do not live in the UK then we unfortunately cannot protect your items.

Do you protect the Apple iPhone?
We no longer provide cover for this model due to a large amount of fraudulent claims.
