What is covered?

Accidental damage - if your item is damaged then it will be repaired or replaced
Water damage – if your item is damaged then it will be repaired or replaced
Theft - if your item or parts of it are stolen they will be replaced
Fraudulent calls – up to £100 before reporting to the network (terms apply)
Accidental loss - if your item is lost it will be replaced
Breakdown - if this occurs outside the manufacturers guarantee period
International cover – your item will be protected even when abroad
Fast claims - usually completed with 48 hours (certain repairs may take longer)
